About
We write the boring version of health advice
Wellspring Daily is an independent publication about everyday health and home fitness: sleeping better, moving more, sitting less painfully, and having enough energy to get through the day. We are not a clinic, we are not a supplement brand, and there is nothing to buy here.
Most people already know they should sleep more and move more. What they lack is a specific, unglamorous instruction that fits a normal Tuesday.
What we publish
- Sleep — schedules, evening routines, and the environmental tweaks that show up in the research, explained without gadgets;
- Home workouts — bodyweight and minimal-equipment routines that genuinely fit a living room and a busy week;
- Desk and posture — micro-breaks, chair and screen setup, and the stretches that help when your back has had enough;
- Everyday energy — hydration, walking, daylight, and other low-effort habits with a decent evidence base.
How we work
Every guide starts with published guidance from recognised public health bodies and peer-reviewed research where it exists. We then try the routine ourselves — in real apartments, on real workdays — and cut anything that only works in a laboratory. Where the evidence is thin, we say so instead of dressing it up.
We do not accept sponsored posts, we do not run affiliate links, and we do not recommend supplements. If a guide mentions a product, it is because it is a reasonable option you could buy anywhere, and the guide works without it.
What we are not
This site does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Content here is general information for healthy adults. If you are pregnant, managing a condition, recovering from injury, or taking medication, speak to a qualified professional before changing your routine. If something hurts, stop.
Advertising
This site displays a limited number of ads through Google AdSense to cover hosting and writing costs. Advertisers have no say in what we publish, and we never write a guide to match an ad. Cookie details are in our Privacy Policy.

Editorial standards and corrections
Who writes this. Every guide is published under the Wellspring Daily editorial team byline. We are an independent publisher, we accept no payment from any company we write about, and there are no sponsored posts on this site. Questions, corrections and removal requests all go to yanli20140223@gmail.com.
How an article is produced. We start from primary sources — official documentation, published research, regulator guidance and the product's own help pages — then prepare a draft, which a person edits and checks against those sources before publishing. We state this openly because it sets the right expectation: our claim is accuracy against the source material, not fieldwork we did not carry out.
What we refuse to do. We do not invent figures, studies or expert quotes. We do not recommend a product because we were paid to. Where a conclusion depends on an assumption, the assumption is printed in the article rather than hidden in a footnote.
Limits you should know. We publish general health and lifestyle information, not medical advice. Individual circumstances differ a great deal, so anything touching a diagnosed condition, a medication, an injury or an ongoing symptom belongs with a qualified clinician rather than a website.
Corrections. If a number, a step or a source is wrong, write to us with the page URL and what you found. We aim to reply within 48 hours and to correct confirmed errors within two working days. Substantive changes are noted at the foot of the affected article; typographical fixes are made silently.
How the site is funded. Hosting is paid for by the site owner and partly offset by display advertising served through Google AdSense. Advertisers never see an article before publication and have no influence over what we publish. Cookies and third-party advertising are described in our privacy policy.
